Brie Hot Toast

I recently bought Mike's Hot Honey from a local market and was trying to think of ideas of what kind of foods to incorporate with it. This honey definitely has a kick and it’s spicy and sweet giving it a strong flavor profile. It goes really well with fried chicken or pizza but I don't eat fried chicken on the regular occasion. I created this brie hot toast and I am telling you it is one of the best pairings of flavors I have ever had. The flavors of the brie and spicy honey mesh together perfectly creating an elevated toast that is the perfect snack, breakfast, or appetizer. This is a very simple recipe that just requires you to toast your bread on a hot skillet with some kind of oil. Then flip the toast and add thinly cut slices of brie and add Hot Honey, salt & pepper.
